Is this a story about survival? Yes. Is this a story about family and friends? Indeed. Is this about Covid, medical topics and rehabilitation? Yup!

All of these things are true in the singular, but far more importantly, they are true in the collective. This book you are about to read is all of the above, but far more it is a book about relationships. A relationship with “things greater than ourselves”, however you may define that statement. If the reader is willing to put in the work to look and examine their own life using my journey as an example, they may very well stumble upon magnificence in their own life. It is there, but you have to look hard to find it even when it is directly in front of you. 

This is not a novel, though it will somewhat read as one. It is more as say, the Marvel adventure series is. Many movies that can be watched in order, or can stand alone. Each of the chapters in this book can do the same thing. So don’t be afraid to not read it front to back. Jump in where it calls to you!

Though a first-time author, Jonathan has written for the better part of 50 years as a Historian, Seminary student and Education student. He is also in the beginning stages of research for his second book, entitled, “Beyond the Now”.

Jonathan has been a public speaker for 50 years through his work in the business world and as a speaker in the field of history as a first-person historical interpreter and historical tour guide. His relatable storytelling style resonates with those seeking inspiration and hope.
