“PATIENT ZERO” A TRUE COVID DELTA VARIANT STORY
Jonathan Crooks’ memoir, Miracles, Angels, and Messages recounts his experience of being ‘Patient Zero’ with the Delta variant of COVID-19 at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital just north of Atlanta, Georgia. With a doctor’s eye for medical details and a comedian’s ear to notice the humor in a dark situation, Jonathan tells his story of becoming ill, hovering on the edge of death, and his miraculous full recovery back to health. This is not only a meditation on courage, restoration, and what’s truly important in life, but also about the angels – of hospital, church, community, and family – that help us out along the way!
